Managed Area/Units: Acreage @ Rate = Total Price Bill Baggs Cape Florida State Park Item 1: Units BBC-1, BBC-2, BBC-3, BBC-4, BBC-5.002, BBC-6.003, BBC-7, BBC-8: 205.69 acres @ $275.00 = $56564.75 Total Fixed Price: $56,564.75 The FWC may, at its sole discretion, extend or end the time allowed for completion of this project due to water levels, inclement weather, or fire (prescribed or wild). Therefore, FWC reserves the right to make partial payments to the Contractor at periodic intervals when a representative portion of the project has been completed as determined by the FWC Project Manager.
