Line Item Description: Pursuant to section 287.056, Florida Statutes, the State of Florida, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC), issues this Request for Quote (RFQ) to Vendors awarded State Term Contract Number 80101500-25-STC, Management Consulting Services, to develop, submit and negotiate the Indirect Cost Rate Proposal (ICRP) for State FY 27/28 to the US Department of the Interior (DOI). In the event there is a conflict between the terms of the resulting Contract and the terms of State Term Contract No. 80101500-25-STC the terms of the State Term Contract will prevail. The contract term will be for one (1) year and shall establish a fixed indirect cost rate proposal based on actual costs from State FY 24/25. The ICRP shall be due to DOI Interior Business Center (DOI IBC) by December 31, 2026. The terms and conditions of both the State Contract 80101500-25-STC and Maximus Proposal/Quote dated July 26, 2026, are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth herein and shall control in the event of any conflict of terms with this purchase order.
